Established in 1950 Caldwell Wright is the largest independent architectural ironmongery specialist and suppliers of building products and materials in Scotland comprising 6 regional branches located in;

All branches provide trade counters, contract works and offices providing the full management and preparation of ironmongery schedules and specifications. We are full members of the Guild of Architectural Ironmongery and the British Hardware Federation. Over the years we have sourced, managed, and supplied solutions and systems to many projects throughout the UK and Ireland including schools, hospitals, and offices, residential developments for both the public and private sectors.


Our G.A.I qualified specialists provide expert industry advice on today’s requirements on achieving current architectural and building legislation. At each branch our management teams focus on interpreting the customer requirements and by working in partnership with architects , builders , developers , construction and maintenance companies and council departments servicing schools and hospitals we provide excellent guidance on specification and product requirements and performance with exceptional support and service thereafter.
